I graduated from Brock University with a Bachelors Degree of Honors Kinesiology, from there I completed a post-graduate diploma in Exercise for Health and Performance at Niagara College before finishing up with a CSEP certification as an Exercise Physiologist. I love the fitness industry and I love helping people achieve their goals so let me help you! I take a very unique approach to both training and nutrition; all of my available services ranging from diet coaching to various individualized plans are dictated to fit you personally.
